At Right Point USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Items purchased on RightPointUSA.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your items back.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account (processing times may vary by financial institution).
If you paid with a Right Point USA Gift Card, a replacement e-gift card will be issued.
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned unless defective:
Gift cards and digital products
Personalized or customized items
Opened personal care products, bedding, or kitchenware
Used pet supplies (toys, feeders, beds, grooming tools)
Furniture or oversized items that have been assembled
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rightpointusa.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Furniture and oversized items may require special handling, including a return shipping fee or scheduled pickup. Details will be provided when you initiate your return.
